Shipping & Handling

What to Expect from us during your transaction?


  1. Majority of all items will be packed in a standard cardboard box
  2. Small items such as Parts, Manuals, Stickers, ETC..will be shipped in a padded envelop
  3. All items will be wrapped with either large or small bubble wrap
  4. All Boxed items will contain packing peanuts.
  5. We DO NOT use paper as filling unless a box is oversized
  6. Oversized Boxes are considered 20x20 or Larger
  7. Not all orders will contain a packing slip/invoice


  1. All order(s) are packed within 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  2. USPS & UPS are the only forms of Carrier Service we use.
  3. Pick Ups are scheduled every Weds & Saturday.
  4. All Tracking information will be sent to you VIA e-Mail
  5. If an item needs to be shipped ASAP please call the store 
  6. Any Order(s) that is a RTS/Refusal will result in forfeit of Shipping Fee's



  1. All International Customers are responsible for their own Duties
  2. All Customers are subject to paying taxes 
  3. All customs forms will be listed as Merchandise (NO EXCEPTION)



  1. Any damage to your delivery must be reported within 24hrs of delivery
  2. Cosmetic paint issues Is not considered Damage
  3. Anything you deem as Damage that is covered in our 'Conditions' page will NOT be honored..
  4. Any Damage product must be accompanied by Photos of the product and shipping box
  5. Authorization of a return will be at the discretion of Bitz & Buttons
